To seamlessly implement the laboratory offering with the awarded company, it is essential to establish a dedicated operational team. 46health conducted a Request for Proposal (RFP) that played a pivotal role in shaping the deployment of our laboratory service. Through a meticulous RFP process focused on kitting and laboratory testing, we identified the most suitable vendors, facilitating the contracting necessary for the successful execution of our laboratory service. 46health provided a comprehensive patient journey to understanding and optimize the patient journey to contribute to improved patient satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes. A thorough reimbursement assessment was conducted, defining a strategy rooted in existing codes and procedures. Simultaneously, a regulatory assessment was initiated, involving the engagement of a third-party provider for oversight of the testing processes. These assessments and strategic steps were critical to ensure a well-informed and robust implementation of our laboratory service.
