She holds degrees in biomedical engineering from Stony Brook University and healthcare management from Columbia University. Rachel has a proven track record for identifying and entering new markets and has worked with leading academic institutions, health systems, devices, and diagnostic companies to develop strategic relationships, market analysis, reimbursement strategy, product development, and commercial execution.
Prior to 46Health, Rachel served as Head of Strategy for tools and diagnostics companies where she was responsible for elevating the diagnostic experience for providers, patients, payers, and partners through strategic relationships and entering new markets by articulating the commercial opportunity and unmet need.

Stefan is a results-focused Chief Growth Officer with proven growth, business development and product innovation expertise. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, technology and the pharmaceutical industry Stefan has a passion for applying real work evidence to make positive impact to patients and health systems while attaining sustainable growth for businesses in an integral way. Trained as a Pharmacist, Stefan’s clinical and technical knowledge coupled with his commercial experience drives organizations to innovate and think differently on approaching market opportunities and developing new products and solutions for future readiness.
Stefan previously served as Chief Growth officer for a SaaS / digital technology company specializing in advanced data analytics solutions for use in diagnostics and precision medicines / drug therapies where his expertise of commercialization of therapies to market has led him to work with top 20 global Pharma, Biotech and diagnostic organizations. Before this, Stefan worked for Optum leading the development of business and product solutions which used a data-driven approach to take actionable insights on health populations at scale through integrating platform and clinical decision tools into EHR’s and healthcare systems. Stefan is passionate about understanding the key stakeholders in the patent pathway to ensure that every patient gets the right test to ensure the right personalized treatment they deserve.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Biotechnology, Investment and business development, Adrian loves to mix the science, business and economics to create value and generate innovation. Adrian possess a MSc in Biology, Pharmacy and trained epidemiologist in a joint commission approved hospital.
He previously worked in medical affairs, business development and investment in Big pharmaceutical companies like Novartis and EMD Serono and advised the first life science crowdfunding fund in San Francisco Called Red Crow and several LATAM and US companies. He is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Ax3.Bio an advisory company to assist investors in validating their investment thesis and understanding the potential of Life Science companies by analyzing their science, market, and strategy, and using these inputs in the valuation model. Ax3's competitive advantage relies on its unique, case-tailored approach combining deep and rigorous technological and economic analysis.

Kim Capone, PhD

Kimberly Capone is a pioneer and established expert in microbiology and the human microbiome field where she created new business opportunities across multiple brands over 13 years at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc. Areas of concentration included infant and adult skin, vaginal, gut, and oral health. She is an expert in skin health and development, having directed numerous clinical trials, both fundamental and applied, in the investigation of novel aspects of skin health, skin care technologies and formulations. Dr. Capone is adept at translating science into products and claims and linking clinical and consumer insights for breakthrough product propositions.
She also served as Chief Scientific Officer for FemTec Health and led the Research & Development team in the creation and advancement of the scientific strategy to address women’s health. Under her leadership, the R&D team was responsible for product development including novel probiotics, dietary supplements, and skin and personal care solutions to address women’s health and wellness needs. Dr. Capone is currently Principal Consultant with Capone Consulting Group, where she provides strategic advisory services for the consumer and healthcare sectors.

Dr. Howard McLeod is an internationally recognized expert in precision medicine, having made novel contributions at the discovery, translation, implementation, and policy levels. Dr McLeod has been recognized as a Fellow of both the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He has also been an active Board Member and/or Founder for over a dozen privately held and publicly traded companies. Howard has published over 590 peer reviewed papers on pharmacogenomics, applied therapeutics, or clinical pharmacology and continues to work to advance innovative healthcare. Dr. McLeod currently serves as the Executive Clinical Director for Precision Health at Intermountain and the Medical Director for Precision Medicine within the Geriatric Oncology Consortium.

Shannon Kieran is currently the Head of Clinical at Ambry Genetics and the Senior Genetic Counselor at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Genetic Counseling Graduate Program. Shannon is an innovative and established leader in the field of personalized genomics with expertise in precision medicine and consumer genomic products. As a master’s trained board certified genetic counselor whose career has spanned both clinical and business roles, her work has leveraged both the public’s interest in discovering the “quantified self”, and the rapidly evolving companion diagnostics market.
Shannon’s research and career focus has been devoted to connecting people with their DNA, and connecting genomic service providers with their end-users. She received her MBA from the Eller College of Management, has served as a consulting founding team member to many startups including Color Genomics, Plumcare Health, and Genome Medical, and has co-founded two companies of her own (Exploragen and Vinome).
After nearly two decades in the field, Shannon was most recently the Program Director for employee oncology benefits at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she and her team of healthcare professionals worked to bring cutting edge, advanced molecular technologies and innovative cancer treatments to 40,000+ employees and their families.
Ofir Goldberger

Ofir Goldberger serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Development at ImmPACT Bio, a biotechnology company focused on CAR-T cell therapies for oncology patients. Prior to IMMpact Bio, Ofir was the Senior Director of Business Development at Instil Bio, a clinical stage oncology cell therapy company, where he leads business development and licensing activities in support of the research, process development, and clinical development groups. Ofir is passionate about making a difference for patients through cutting edge biotechnology. He combines his strategic thinking with deep technical understanding and market research to create solutions for patients.
Ofir Goldberger received his Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of Science, where he used preclinical models for cancer cell therapy to elucidate tumor escape mechanisms. He did a postdoc at Stanford University where his research was focused on developing methods and tools for systems immunology - the high-throughput study of intercellular communications in the immune system. Concomitantly he graduated from programs in business and entrepreneurship at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining 46health, Bridget worked at pH Blueprint helping manage and produce work products for life sciences clients. Bridget has experience working with private medical practices, retail clinic services, and research institutions to reshape our healthcare system to better understand and advocate for the needs of all patients.
Bridget gained expertise in human-centered design methodologies that wield new approaches to solve some of the most challenging problems in health. She applies systemic design methods to frame a problem, understand a system, and identify opportunities for design impact and intervention to drive innovation in healthcare.
